If you still feel uncomfortable submitting your credit card number online,
you now have the option to enter this information over the phone
using our fully automated system. By calling a phone number given at the end
of the check-out procedure, you will be asked to enter your order number,
credit card number and the credit card's expiration date. Please note that
for security purposes the system is fully automated and that you will not speak
with a customer service representative.
Safe Shopping Guarantee Details
We guarantee that, if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at any Point & ShopTM online mall or store and you immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures, we will reimburse you for the entire credit card liability incurred as a result of such unauthorized charges up to $50.00, after your credit card company makes the appropriate adjustments to your account.
Your liability under federal law for unauthorized use of your credit card is limited to $50.00, if you follow the required notification procedures.
In addition, we guarantee that, if unauthorized charges are made to your debit card as a result of shopping at any Point & ShopTM mall or store, and you immediately follow the notification procedure required by your bank, we will reimburse you for the debit card liability incurred as a result of such unauthorized charges up to $50.00.
